Job Description

Saat ini kami sedang mencari talenta untuk mengisi posisi Business Partner dengan tanggung jawab sebagai berikut:

- Mencari Nasabah / Mitra baru yang perlu bantuan modal usaha di Amartha

- Melakukan tugas pelayanan di Majelis/Kelompok Ibu Mitra Amartha

- Menagih / Collect Angsuran Ibu Mitra Amartha

- Bertanggung jawab atas proses bisnis dalam hal SOP, baik secara administrasi maupun di lapangan

- Bertanggung jawab atas portofolio cabang/point secara kualitas dan kuantitas

Requirements:
1. Pria/Wanita, Usia Maks 32 tahun

2. Pendidikan min. SMA/SMK - Maks S1

3. Memiliki kendaraan pribadi (Sepeda Motor) dan SIM C

4. Bersedia bekerja di Lapangan

5. Freshgraduate silahkan melamar

6. Bersedia menjalani kontrak pertama selama 6 bulan

7. Bersedia ditempatkan di kantor cabang yang ditentukan (optional)
