The Role

We are seeking a creative and ambitious Business Operations Support Analyst with business acumen and technical capabilities to join the Business Operations Support team of our Customer Operations Department.The successful candidate will reinforce a team of self-driven analysts to support and operate daily tasks and tickets. This role combines the competence of business and technical skills, encourages the interaction between all production units, and provides the opportunity to establish a successful career in an entirely cloud-based Neobank.

Responsibilities

Understand business challenges, evaluate them, and investigate complex issues across all Payment Provided Services;
Resolve findings and discrepancies originating from the daily Reconciliation process;
Cooperate with multiple departments across different regions to deliver results. Utilize experience, knowledge, and skills of everyone involved;
Work collaboratively with management on all areas of the production and distribution processes;
Manage, organize, and review internal Documentation;
Accurately analyze and collect data to produce business reports that provide insight into key data points;
Support the evolution, integration, and implementation of business management systems and processes.
