PPT Solutions, LLC is seeking a highly organized and proactive Business Operations Specialist to join our team in Huntsville, Alabama. This administrative support role is designed for a detail-oriented individual who will support daily operations across multiple facets of the business, including HR/Recruiting, contracts/project support, basic accounting tasks, and property/office facilities support.
Key Responsibilities for the Business Operations Specialist:
HR/Recruiting Support: Assist with job posting & sourcing, applicant screening, interview coordination, candidate engagement, review and background checks, application tracking management.
Contracts & Compliance: Assist with organizing and maintaining electronic and physical files for vendor contracts, client agreements, and compliance documents.
Accounting & Finance: Process accounts payable (invoices) and receivables, reconcile expense reports, and assist with vendor filing/records management.
Property & Facilities: Act as a point of contact for office vendors, manage office supplies inventory, and coordinate maintenance or repairs for company property.
General Administration: Provide administrative support to the management team, including scheduling, data entry, and answering general inquiries.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities for the Business Operations Specialist:
High school diploma; bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
1–3 years of administrative or operational support experience.
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Operations Coordinator, or similar role.
Basic understanding of HR, accounting, and contract processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.), MS SharePoint, and Adobe.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
