The Job:
Programme Administration
• Manage enrolment, registrations, and communication with participants.
• Prepare training schedules, venues (physical or online), and supporting resources.
Training Logistics
• Coordinate trainers, facilities, digital platforms, and technical support.
• Ensure availability of materials, tools, and equipment before sessions.
Learner Support
• Provide guidance, reminders, and support to trainees.
• Monitor attendance, engagement, and completion rates.
Reporting & Quality Assurance
• Track training metrics (attendance, feedback, outcomes).
• Prepare periodic reports for management and recommend improvements.
Vendor & Trainer Coordination
• Liaise with external trainers, consultants, and vendors where relevant.
• Support procurement processes for training resources and tools.
Requirements:
The Person:
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in operations or programme coordination.
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple schedules, logistics, and resources.
• Experience with learner enrolment, support, and engagement tracking.
• Familiarity with training systems, tools, and digital platforms.
• Ability to compile reports, track training metrics, and recommend improvements.
• Strong communication skills for vendor and trainer coordination.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality assurance and continuous improvement.
