As a Business Operations & Executive Assistant, you will play an important role in helping teams operate effectively and stay connected across priorities, people, and planning. You’ll bring structure to evolving work streams, support operational rhythms that help teams move with confidence, and champion an environment where collaboration, accountability, and curiosity can thrive. You’ll support leaders across BumbleTech while helping coordinate initiatives that strengthen communication, execution, and team effectiveness. WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Partner closely with two senior technology leaders to manage complex calendars, travel coordination, expenses, and day-to-day operational priorities with accuracy, discretion, and care

Support effective leadership meetings by managing agendas, aligning stakeholders on objectives, capturing decisions and action items, and driving follow-through to completion

Coordinate operational initiatives across BumbleTech, helping teams stay aligned on timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and communication plans

•
Support cross-functional planning and execution for team events, leadership offsites, organization-wide initiatives, and culture-building moments that strengthen collaboration and connection

•
Improve operational processes and lightweight systems that enhance visibility, prioritization, and team effectiveness while maintaining a people-first approach

•
Use strong organizational judgment to proactively identify scheduling conflicts, communication gaps, and operational blockers before they impact delivery

•
Partner across teams with an agile mindset, balancing shifting priorities while maintaining a high standard of responsiveness, professionalism, and attention to detail

•
Explore opportunities to use AI tools and automation thoughtfully to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, support knowledge capture, and reduce administrative friction while applying strong human judgment and data sensitivity practices

ABOUT YOU:
•
Significant experience supporting senior leaders, business operations teams, or fast-paced technology organizations in a highly collaborative environment

•
Typically requires 6+ years of experience, though we welcome candidates with alternative backgrounds that demonstrate equivalent skills

•
Strong operational instincts with the ability to coordinate projects, manage competing priorities, and maintain momentum across multiple stakeholders and workstreams

•
Exceptional organizational and communication skills, including the ability to synthesize information, capture key decisions, and drive clear follow-up actions

•
High degree of reliability, professionalism, discretion, and accountability, with a consistent track record of building trust and handling sensitive information thoughtfully

•
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting quickly in an evolving environment while maintaining calm, focus, and attention to detail

•
Experience working cross-functionally and collaborating with purpose across teams, functions, and leadership levels

•
Demonstrated ability to improve processes, manage competing priorities, and see work through from planning to execution with an agile and solutions-oriented mindset

Interest in business operations and team effectiveness, with enthusiasm for growing operational capabilities over time

•
Familiarity with modern productivity and collaboration tools, along with curiosity about how AI can improve workflows, coordination, communication, and operational efficiency in responsible and inclusive ways

Will be determined based on factors such as the selected candidate’s qualifications, relevant experience, skill set, and other job-related considerations.
