Role Overview
We are recruiting a Business Operations Assistant to join our Business Support Team on a 12-month fixed-term contract (maternity cover). The team provide support to a very fast paced UK Corporate Secretarial Services department. The focus will be to ensure that all tasks sent to the team inbox by fee earners are acknowledged and completed accurately within the deadline given.

Job Role & Responsibilities
Inputting data into relevant documents (Excel)
Processing disbursements and credit card approval related activities
Providing administrative and operational support around Kantata in relation to engagement set up, report production, month and year end and time recording generally
Organising meetings/Diary management
Data management across various platforms (including Pipedrive & Diligent).
Support in relation to recruitment and induction – meeting set up and liaison
Assisting with preparation of presentations using PowerPoint
Organising events such as training sessions, client events and social events
Supporting on projects to improve processes and drive efficiencies within the team.
Supporting with the preparation of records of instruction (ROI) and onboarding/offboarding clients onto LawDeb systems.
Handling Post
Ad Hoc requests and administrative matters
