You’re comfortable owning client communication, spotting growth opportunities, and collaborating with cross‑functional experts to deliver impactful programs.

What You’ll Do
• Lead and manage client accounts of varying size and complexity
• Own client relationships and serve as a trusted strategic partner
• Identify and pursue opportunities to expand RDI services within client portfolios
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to pitch integrated solutions
• Lead proposal and SOW development for assigned clients
• Drive annual planning for small to mid‑size clients with senior oversight
• Translate insights and performance into clear, compelling client communication
• Manage forecasting, invoicing review, and financial performance for assigned accounts
• Partner with Program Management on project estimating and scope development
What You’ll Need
• 6 years of account management experience (digital agency experience required)
• Proven experience managing a $2M+ book of business
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles
• Confidence in communicating with senior client stakeholders
• Experience owning proposals, estimates, and client financials
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft tools and agency research platforms
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive, growth‑oriented mindset
Location: San Diego, CA (hybrid). Situational office presence required.

This range may differ based on your geographic location, cost of living considerations, and individual experience and skill set.
Hiring Range
$75,000—$90,000 USD
