Reporting to the Managing Director, we're looking for NR Business Manager to provide leadership, strategic direction and full P&L ownership for the OGC, Agri Trade, and Minerals Trade business, ensuring safe, compliant, profitable, and sustainable growth while delivering integrated service solutions to our customers.
Full P&L accountability for OGC, Agri Trade, and Minerals Trade. Define, propose, and execute annual budgets, forecasts, and growth targets. Manage pricing, margins, cost structures, PCC, LC exposure, and commercial risk. Secure, negotiate, and manage pre- and post-contract commercial matters. Develop and execute business strategies across OGC, Agri, and Minerals Trade. Identify and develop new services, products, and market opportunities. Ensure integrated, cross-business solutions for key customers. Monitor market trends, technologies, and competitive landscape. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders. Represent SGS brand, capability, and integrity in the market. Lead contract negotiations and customer engagements. Participate in industry events, conferences, and customer related activities. Ensure workforce planning, productivity, and competence across all business lines. Lead, coach, and develop a high-performance management and operational team. Ensure infrastructure, logistics, and resources support business objectives. Maintain and improve safety, quality, and compliance performance.
University degree or equivalent professional experience. 10+ years of experience with minimum 3–5 years in senior leadership or management roles. Strong commercial, financial, and leadership capabilities. Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to work closely with key clients. Solid understanding of TIC segment is a must and NR landscape in Jordan.
