Requirements:
Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and long-term retention
• Drive revenue growth by identifying and closing new business opportunities
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, leading strategic discussions and engagements
• Translate client requirements into clear, actionable briefs for internal teams
• Represent the organization in client meetings, pitches, and presentations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects
• Build and improve processes and systems to support business scalability
• Monitor client performance and identify opportunities for upselling or expansion
• Balance creative thinking with commercial objectives to deliver impactful solutions
• Manage multiple clients and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment

• 5+ years of experience in client management, business development, or related roles
• Strong business acumen with an understanding of customer acquisition and growth strategies
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to drive revenue and close deals
• Experience working with agencies, startups, or brand environments
• High ownership mindset with the ability to take initiative and lead from the front
