Join the LCH Ltd CEO Office as a Business Manager, supporting executive coordination, governance activity and senior‑level materials. This role is ideal if you are looking to broaden your experience, build confidence working with senior partners, and continue developing core business‑management skills in a supportive, collaborative environment.
You will work closely with experienced colleagues across the CEO Office and the wider organisation, gaining exposure to how enterprise‑level decisions are supported at LCH Ltd.
What you’ll do
With guidance and support from the Head of Business Management and the CEO Office team, you will:
• Support the coordination of requests into the CEO Office, helping to track actions and follow up as needed.
• Assist with preparing, formatting and reviewing briefing packs, presentations and written materials for senior audiences.
• Support governance activity, including meeting preparation, document collation, quality checks and action tracking.
• Work with colleagues across Corporate Functions and Business Lines to gather inputs and support recurring reporting and governance cycles.
• Use digital and AI‑enabled tools to support drafting, summarisation and consolidation of materials.
• Help improve ways of working by supporting the use of Power BI and reporting tools.
What you’ll bring
• Around 3–4 years’ experience in a business management, governance, PMO or COO‑type role within a complex organisation.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks with guidance and support.
• Clear written communication skills and a good attention to detail.
• Experience using PowerPoint, with an interest in continuing to build strong presentation skills.
• A collaborative approach, curiosity, and a willingness to learn.
• A curiosity about using digital tools, including AI and Power BI, to work more efficiently.

Working pattern
This role is based in Malabe, Sri Lanka and follows a hybrid working model, with an expectation of three days per week in the office to support collaboration, learning and connection.
