En NIQ buscamos un/a Junior Business Intelligence Analyst – Reporting que apoye el workload de setup y reporting, asegurando la configuración, modificación y entrega correcta de reportes para clientes, siempre a tiempo y con altos estándares de calidad.

Además de la configuración inicial, el rol tiene un fuerte enfoque en la ingeniería inversa de reportes existentes, identificando oportunidades de automatización, mejora continua y eficiencia operativa, utilizando herramientas y soluciones NIQ.

Responsabilidades clave

• Configurar y modificar reportes para clientes de manera accurate, on-time y first time right.
• Realizar ingeniería inversa de reportes y soluciones existentes para automatizar procesos y generar eficiencias.
• Revisar datos para identificar errores, inconsistencias y temas de calidad de datos, escalando hallazgos oportunamente.
• Atender y dar seguimiento a solicitudes ad hoc de clientes (extracción de datos, reportes, consultas y troubleshooting).
• Actuar como punto de contacto para preguntas técnicas de clientes, brindando soporte de alta calidad.
• Diseñar reportes escalables, fáciles de actualizar y mantener, previniendo incidencias futuras.
• Compartir y buscar activamente best practices, implementándolas en el trabajo diario.
• Apoyar a otros asociados resolviendo dudas y promoviendo el intercambio de conocimiento.

• Configuración y modificación de reportes a la primera y a tiempo.
• Creación de valor mediante el uso eficiente de herramientas y servicios NIQ.
• Obtención de Discover / NIQ technical certifications.
• Cumplimiento de estándares y lineamientos de MSD Compliance.

Formación y experiencia

• Título universitario concluido en ingeniería en sistemas, industrial, o afin 
• 1 a 3 años de experiencia en Business Intelligence, análisis de datos, investigación de mercado o roles similares.
• Experiencia con consultoras, agencias de investigación, retailers o compañías de FMCG (deseable).
• Residencia en Bogotá, Colombia (obligatorio).

Idiomas

• Inglés avanzado (B2–C1) – obligatorio (clientes y equipos globales).

Habilidades técnicas

• Microsoft Excel avanzado (obligatorio).
• Power  BI Intermedio
• Python Intermedio
• Conocimiento en preparación, modificación e interpretación de reportes.
• Capacidad para analizar visualizaciones de datos y métricas de negocio.

Habilidades blandas

• Fuertes habilidades de comunicación y levantamiento de requerimientos con stakeholders globales.
• Capacidad para construir reportes y templates escalables reutilizables entre clientes.
• Comprensión del entorno del cliente, procesos y necesidades del negocio.
• Habilidad para traducir conceptos técnicos en explicaciones claras para audiencias no técnicas.
• Pensamiento analítico, organización y manejo efectivo del tiempo.
• Comodidad para trabajar en entornos virtuales y digitales.
