Role Overview:

We are looking for a Business Intelligence & Performance Analyst to lead the design, automation, and interpretation of performance reporting across the business.

This role will be responsible for building management dashboards and actionable insights covering:

Sales performance

Partner / IB profitability

Trading profitability

Symbol and regional performance

Deposit / withdrawal and PSP trends

Executive KPI packs and board reporting

The ideal candidate combines strong BI and SQL capabilities with commercial understanding of brokerage KPIs, and can convert raw data into decision-ready intelligence for senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

Commercial & Sales Analytics

Build daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance dashboards

Analyze FTD to funded to active client conversion funnels

Partner & IB Performance

Monitor NET DP, commission efficiency, and client quality by partner

Build IB profitability scorecards

Analyze payout ratios and abnormal rebate patterns

Produce monthly partner performance packs for management

Trading Profitability & Revenue Analytics

Analyze P&L by symbol, country, and cohort

Monitor spread markup, swap, and slippage revenue

Perform expected vs actual profitability analysis

Treasury / PSP / Transaction Analytics

Track deposit and withdrawal trends

Analyze payment route conversion and rejection ratios

Support suspicious transaction trend analysis

BI Automation & Data Models

Develop Power BI

Build SQL-based data models and reporting pipelines

Automate executive board packs

Implement anomaly alerts and KPI thresholds

Requirements:

Must-Have Technical Skills

Advanced SQL

Power BI

Advanced Excel / Power Query

Strong dashboard storytelling ability

Experience with CRM and transactional databases

Experience working with large-volume financial datasets

Strong Advantages

Python for analytics automation

MT4 / MT5 reporting exposure

PSP / payments reporting

Brokerage, fintech, gaming, or transactional industry background

Experience with cohort and profitability models
