Business Intelligence (BI) Test Lead

We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence (BI) Test Lead for an opportunity with a large federal customer. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of experience supporting Momentum and Financial Reporting testing and implementation activities in large federal ERP programs for a federal agency. The BI Test Lead will support both the project's leadership team and the program's mission by leading testing activities and a team of testers for an implementation release as part of the overall program . The BI Test Lead should be a self-starter who demonstrates leadership, works well with multiple senior-level clients, and has experience in taking ownership of work assignments and project schedules.

This position is remote but may require occasional domestic business trips to customer facilities primarily in Washington, DC and Austin, TX. Some overtime work may be required to support this fast-paced environment.

Primary Responsibilities: :
• Collaborate with the government client in planning, training, and testing of reporting and data extracts for the financial system and coordinate with other vendors on testing to adjudicate, resolve, and close issues.
• Review existing test plans and develop an updated testing plan for the BI components of each implementation release.
• Supervise a team of 2-3 system testers for the following system components: BI Reporting and Data Extracts.
• Develop system test scripts for key reports in that implementation release, including the use of automated testing tools.
• Maintain and prioritize a testing defect log that will be shared with the government client and other vendors to track testing progress.
• Develop and facilitate BI and reporting components of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) training.
• Provide technical, managerial, or administrative direction for BI and data extract components of the overall ERP solution.

Minimum Requirements: :
• A Bachelors degree and 4 years of experience supporting Momentum and/or Power BI Financial Reporting implementation activities at a large federal agency
• Experience with leading a team of testers for a financial or acquisition system at a large government agency
• Experience leading a team of at least 3 people in report testing or other system implementation activities
• At least 4 years of Momentum experience.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
• Occasional travel to Washington, DC or Austin, TX may be required.

Preferred Qualifications: :
• Experience with the Department of Veterans Affairs and/or Veterans Health Administration is a plus.
• Experience leading meetings and teams with senior federal customers.
• Experience with automated testing tools for Power BI and other reporting tools.
