Business Intelligence Analyst

Our Business Intelligence team is seeking a highly motivated individual to join us as a Business Intelligence Analyst. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating reporting and analytical solutions for various business functions. This role requires a solid understanding of data analytics and tools, as well as collaborating directly with motivated business groups and the Business System Analyst team.

What you'll be doing:

• Design, develop, and deliver end-to-end business intelligence solutions using SAP BW on HANA , BW/4HANA , native HANA , and Databricks

• Identify, assess, and solve complex business problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

• Translate requirements into technical plan and align with BSA and project management teams on timing, resources, and scope of the deliverable.

• User acceptance testing, performance testing, security testing (including documenting the results) and enhancement requests with high criticality.

• Assist with development of analytic reporting, BI tools, dashboards, and data modeling.

• Pursue problems and resolve technical issues. Debug, fine tune and optimize report performance.

• Working closely with BSAs (Business System Analyst) and Business Owners to analyze business problems and provide solutions.

What we need to see:

• 8+ years of development experience in SAP Business Intelligence (HANA/BW/BW4) solution delivery with at least 4 full life cycle implementations using SAP BW 7.5 on HANA, native HANA, and BW/4 HANA.

• Bachelors or Master's degree, or equivalent experience in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Business.

• Demonstrated experience in the design and configuration of Sales/Planning/Operations Info Providers with BW on HANA and BW/4 HANA.

• Hands-on experience working with SAP B4 on HANA features, standard and custom SAP BW Extractors, complex transformations using ABAP, advanced DSOs, composite providers, exposing BW models as HANA views, mixed scenarios, HANA Analysis process in BW and LSA ++ and performance optimization concepts.

• Experience with B4 data modeling, Business Warehouse Remote Cubes, Multi-Cubes, ODS Objects, Info Cubes, Transfer Rules, Start Routines, End Routines, Info Set Queries, Info Objects and User Exits.

• Hands-on experience with Databricks and Spark for building scalable data pipelines, including data ingestion, transformation, and optimization using PySpark/SQL, working with Delta Lake, integrating SAP BW/4HANA and other enterprise data sources, and supporting analytics and reporting use cases in a cloud environment.

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with SAP (Native) HANA and B/4 HANA data modelling views (Attribute, Analytics and Calculation views) with graphical and SQL scripting, procedures schema management, data provisioning technology including SAP LT Replication Server, Data Services (BODS).

• Experience with BOBJ with emphasis on developing Universes using IDT, Webi reports.

• Ability to build and support Back-End Security Models to safeguard business critical sensitive data

• Proficient in the use of SAP Analysis for Microsoft Office to perform custom calculations, filtering and sorts to support complex business planning and reporting scenarios.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

• Knowledge and working experience with Operations, Planning models and data sets

• Reporting Tool experience like Tableau , Power BI ..etc.

• A proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment where strong organizational skills are essential.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 144,000 USD - 230,000 USD.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
