Job Description

• Develop, implement and maintain leading-edge analytics systems, taking complicated problems and building simple frameworks

• Leveraging on various data analysis tools and techniques to gather, process and visualize data, enabling business stakeholders to understand trends, identify opportunities for improvement and make data-driven decisions.

• Validates data from various sources and ensure readiness for analysis

• Transform data into the right data set before qualitative / quantitative analysis of data and generate reports of analysis.

• Assist in the execution of project lifecycle.

• Gathering and understanding business requirements. This involves engaging with various stakeholders, business leaders and department heads to identify their specific data needs and objectives.

• Collecting, cleaning and analyzing data from various sources. This involves ensuring data accuracy, reporting integrity, overall quality and reliable

• Developing dashboards, reports and visualizations. This involve creating interactive and visually appealing representations of data that facilitate easy comprehension. These dashboards and reports often highlight key performance indicators (KPIs) and other performance metrics.

• Identifying trends and patterns to provide actionable recommendations to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction. This involve adopting analytical techniques to detect correlations, anomalies and emerging trends that might impact the business.

• Assist Digital Business Partner and stakeholders to translate their needs and priorities into digital and technology pipelines and projects.

• Assist Digital Business Partner in developing project plans, goals, schedules, budgets and resource utilization management. Provide assistance in organizing and managing all phases of the IT Initiative project to ensure on-time completion and successful deployment.

Requirements:
• 3 or more years of experience mining data as a business intelligence analyst or data analyst

• Proven analytical skills, including mining, evaluation and visualization

• Technical writing experience in relevant areas, including queries, reports and presentations

• Proficiency in programming experience with frameworks including ETL, XML and JavaScript, Python, SQL, HTML/CSS

• Practical experience in statistical analysis through the use of statistical packages and tools including Excel, SPSS and SAS, Tableau, Power BI and Power Query

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Computer Science or Statistics

• Certified Business Intelligence Professional (CBIP) and Microsoft Power BI Certification is preferred.

• Strong communication and presentation skills to convey insights clearly and compelling, translating technical findings into language that non-technical stakeholders can easily understand.

• Problem-solving mindset

• Collaboration and stakeholder management skills to identify continuous improvement and value-added opportunities

• Technically savvy in learning and leveraging on digital tools such as Generative AI, Data Automation Tools, RPA using UIPath and Microsoft Productivity Tools
