Job Description
About us:
VisioLab is AI-powered self-checkout for stadiums, arenas, university canteens, corporate campuses, and more. Founded in 2019 by Tim Niekamp and Iwo Gernemann, we're headquartered in Osnabrück with a US office in Boston. 400+ active systems, 3 continents, Series A closed. Our clients include teams from the NFL, NBA, MLS, and NHL.
Every year, millions of people move faster through food service venues because of what we build.
The role:
Turn data into decisions. Turn decisions into growth.
VisioLab is scaling across markets, adding clients, and generating more operational data than ever. The opportunity is there - we need someone to unlock it. We need a Business Intelligence Analyst who sits across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations and builds the single source of truth the whole company runs on.
What you'll do:
• Build and maintain dashboards that give leadership and department leads real-time visibility into the metrics that actually matter
• Work closely with Sales and Customer Success, tracking pipeline health, client usage, and retention signals in HubSpot
• Analyze data across departments to surface trends, risks, and opportunities before they become obvious
• Improve data quality and CRM hygiene as the company scales
• Support the founders and team leads with ad-hoc analyses and strategic deep dives
• Build automation and workflows that reduce manual reporting across the business
What you'll bring:
• Experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a strategic operations role
• Strong SQL skill ands-on experience with BI tools such as Metabase, Looker, Tableau, or similar
• Solid CRM experience, HubSpot preferred
• Commercial thinking: you understand how metrics connect to business outcomes, not just how to visualize them
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills. You build models, not just tables
• Clear communication. You can translate data into plain language that drives decisions for non-technical stakeholders
• Fluent in English; German is a strong plus
What We Can Offer You:
• Direct reporting line to the founders
• High trust, low politics, fast decisions
• Remote-first, with occasional travel to our Osnabrück office
• Subsidized sport membership & other benefits
• Competitive salary
• A product live in NFL, NBA, and NHL venues and a story that's only getting bigger
