About your manager

Adam leads the FS Transformation practice in Technology Consulting having 15 years of experience in technology strategies and delivering complex system integration / transformation programs and projects in the CEE region. Adam likes to combine IT and business perspective, bringing structured yet pragmatic approach to business and delivery. 

Job description & summary

As a Business & Integration Analyst in Technology Consulting, you will lead business and integration analysis efforts across digital transformation and system implementation projects. You will work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and technical teams to define business requirements, model processes, and drive the successful integration of complex IT systems. Your role will involve translating strategic business needs into functional and technical specifications, ensuring alignment between business goals and IT solutions. 

• Facilitate workshops and interviews with stakeholders to gather, assess, challenge and document business requirements 

• Translate business needs into use cases, data flows, interface definitions, and integration specifications 

• Collaborate with solution architects and tech leads to ensure seamless system integration 

• Support testing, validation, and change management activities across the delivery lifecycle 

Requirements of the role

• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, integration analysis, or system implementation

• Understanding of integration architectures, APIs, and data exchange formats (e.g., REST, SOAP, JSON, XML)

• Experience with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, core banking, etc.) and related integration scenarios 

• Proven ability to create detailed documentation (business requirements, interface specs, process flows) 

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills 

• Experience working in agile and hybrid project delivery environments 

• Fluent in Czech and English (C1)
