Role overview:

The Business Insight Manager is responsible for delivering strategic, actionable insights to support decision-making and drive commercial performance. The role owns sales forecasting for Benelux and provides deep analysis of market dynamics, consumer behaviour and channel performance across physical and digital environments. Acting as a key business partner, this role supports senior leadership and collaborates closely with EMEA and Global analytics communities.

What you'll be doing:

• Own and deliver all sales forecasts for the Benelux market, ensuring accuracy, consistency and alignment with EMEA and Global frameworks

• Master and continuously optimise forecasting, reporting and analytics tools

• Analyse sales performance, market dynamics and consumer trends across all distribution channels (physical and digital)

• Develop, maintain and evolve synthetic cross-channel sales reports and dashboards

• Deliver strategic analysis of market trends and performance to support leadership decision-making

• Support the Management team in defining and executing strategies to drive performance by distribution channel

• Act as the key business insights reference for all departments, providing expert analysis and recommendations

• Collaborate closely with SP&A teams at EMEA Hub and Global level to ensure alignment and comparability of data and insights

• Work with the European and Global analyst community to share best practices, methodologies and insights

• Conduct continuous market monitoring to identify trends, risks and opportunities

• Identify business needs and drive improvements to existing reporting and forecasting tools

• Produce high-quality presentations and insight materials tailored to senior stakeholders

What we’re looking for:

• Strong analytical skills with proven experience in sales forecasting and market analysis

• Strong technical data skills, including advanced Excel; experience with Domo or similar BI/data visualisation tools is highly desirable

• Ability to translate complex data into clear, strategic insights and recommendations

• Strong presentation and storytelling skills

• Solid understanding of forecasting tools, data sources and analytical methodologies

• Strong commercial and market understanding across retail and digital environments

• Proactive, structured and solution-oriented mindset

• Fluency in English is required; Dutch language skills are mandatory
