Responsible for production of high‑quality information products concerning foreign entities and high-level internal customer support.
The role supports international data sourcing, cooperation with international information providers and delivers internal customer service by ensuring accurate, timely and reliable information for business decision‑makings.
Roles & Responsibilities (R&R)
• Ensure optimal Cofitil tickets assignation, distribution and handling
• Enter, validate, and import data or files into internal systems with a high level of accuracy
• Cooperate with international information providers, including managing ordering processes and performing data quality controls
• Provide post‑sales and operational support for internal clients, responding to inquiries and resolving data-related issues
• Perform quality control, enrichment, and validation of Portfolio Identification files
• Prepare and deliver international credit reports in line with defined standards and deadlines
• Handle database queries for internal clients, including:
• Data extraction and analysis
• Data import and on‑demand processing
• Duplicate management
• Company creation
• Collaborate closely with international Coface offices to ensure consistency of data, processes, and service levels
• Required Skills & Competencies
• Experience in managing workflows through tools like Cofitil or similar ticketing and internal database systems
• Ability to navigate international business databases and work with third-party information providers to gather and clarify credit or risk data
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, data cleaning)
• Fluency in English is mandatory
• Experience in performing quality controls, data enrichment, and analyzing datasets with high accuracy
• Proficiency in data entry, validation, and extraction
• Customer Service Orientation: A proactive approach to supporting internal clients, resolving inquiries quickly, and maintaining high service levels
• Organizational and time management skills
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with international offices and external providers across different time zones and cultures
