Your profile:
What You'll Do
• Be at the forefront with F500 clients as they integrate AI forecasting models into their existing financial planning processes
• Review and analyze financial documents and forecasts to enrich our AI models for maximum accuracy and relevance
• Serve as the bridge between complex AI outputs and business stakeholders, ensuring forecast explainability and adoption
• Drive the transition from manual forecasting to AI-first approaches, you’ll be instrumental in fast-tracking AI adoption and driving transformational impact at the world's largest enterprises 

What You Bring
• Required Experience• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related quantitative field
• 2-3 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) or Investment Banking
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, forecasting methodologies, and P&L dynamics at enterprise scale

Technical Skills
• Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
• Experience with PowerPoint for executive-level presentations
• Familiarity with Jira or similar project management tools

Core Competencies
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
• Strong communication skills with ability to explain complex concepts simply
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments
• Self-motivated with strong project ownership and accountability

Preferred Qualifications
• Exposure to Pharma, Retail, or CPG industries
• Experience with Integrated Business Planning processes
• Interest in AI/ML applications in business contexts
