We are seeking a highly experienced Business Head – Wealth Management Partnerships to lead the development and expansion of strategic distribution relationships within the wealth management ecosystem. This leadership role focuses on driving adoption of innovative fixed-income and structured investment solutions by partnering with private wealth platforms, family offices, investment advisors, and institutional distribution networks. The position requires a deep understanding of financial markets, wealth advisory frameworks, and investment product distribution across high-net-worth and institutional client segments.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and strengthen strategic partnerships with private wealth management firms, financial advisors, family offices, and institutional investment platforms
• Drive revenue growth by managing and expanding distribution relationships across wealth management networks
• Identify and onboard new institutional partners within the wealth and investment advisory ecosystem
• Promote structured fixed-income and alternative investment solutions to distribution partners and advisory platforms
• Educate partners on product structures, risk-return dynamics, and suitability for client portfolios
• Collaborate with partners to integrate investment solutions into asset allocation strategies and advisory frameworks
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders including CIOs, investment heads, and senior advisors
• Act as a trusted advisor and key point of contact for partners throughout the investment lifecycle
• Lead and mentor a team responsible for partner engagement, deal execution, and relationship management
• Monitor performance across partner accounts and track progress against revenue and partnership goals
• Ensure smooth transaction execution while maintaining operational efficiency and service standards
• Identify potential operational or compliance risks and ensure adherence to relevant financial regulations
• Analyze market trends and partner feedback to identify opportunities for product positioning and distribution expansion
What Makes You a Great Fit
• Extensive experience in wealth management, institutional sales, or financial product distribution
• Strong relationships across the private wealth ecosystem including HNI and UHNI clients, family offices, and advisory networks
• Proven track record in building and managing distribution or channel partnerships within financial services
• Deep understanding of alternative investments, structured products, and fixed-income solutions
• Experience working with portfolio management services and alternative investment fund platforms
• Strong ability to communicate complex financial products and investment strategies to advisory partners
• Demonstrated leadership experience in managing teams and driving performance outcomes
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities
• Strategic mindset with the ability to identify new business opportunities and expand distribution channels
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market trends and partner performance
• High level of professionalism and credibility when engaging with senior investment stakeholders
