Salary range: Rs 300000 - Rs 3500000 (ie INR 4-6 LPA)

Min Experience: 2 years

Location: Mumbai

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth within the Commercial Turnkey Interior and Corporate Fit-Out segment in Mumbai. This role focuses on expanding business opportunities across corporate office spaces, co-working environments, and retail brands within the commercial real estate ecosystem. The ideal candidate will bring strong industry knowledge, a proven sales track record, and the ability to build long-term relationships with corporate clients, landlords, and building managers.


Requirements:
Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the commercial real estate and corporate fit-out segment
• Generate leads through networking, prospecting, market research, and relationship-building
• Target corporate office spaces, co-working operators, and retail brands for turnkey interior solutions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, landlords, property consultants, and building managers
• Conduct market research to stay updated on commercial real estate trends and competitor activities
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and commercial negotiations
• Collaborate with interior designers and project managers to ensure smooth project onboarding and execution
• Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously while meeting sales deadlines and targets
• Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to management
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction to encourage repeat business and referrals

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 3–8 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate, Interior Fit-Out, Corporate Fit-Out, or Turnkey Projects
• Strong understanding of commercial property markets and office space dynamics
• Proven track record in B2B sales and business development
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to build long-term relationships with corporate decision-makers
• Strong networking and prospecting capabilities
• Self-driven, target-oriented mindset with strong ownership
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Graduate degree required; Master’s in Marketing or Real Estate is a plus
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple high-value projects
