Roles & Responsibilities :

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced leader to drive Bosch’s AI, machine learning, and automation initiatives. This role requires a hands-on technologist with deep expertise in AI/ML development, capable of leading teams, managing products, and collaborating closely with clients to deliver scalable, innovative solutions that align with business goals and accelerate growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

• Define and own the AI and automation strategy aligned with Bosch’s business and product objectives.

• Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies to boost competitive advantage and client outcomes.

• Partner with business leaders to identify and execute AI-driven transformation opportunities.

• Ensure AI initiatives deliver measurable business value including revenue growth and cost efficiency.

Architecture & Systems Design:

• Architect scalable, modular, and secure AI/ML solutions tailored to client and business needs.

• Oversee development and deployment of robust data pipelines, APIs, and AI models.

• Make informed decisions on infrastructure, tools, and frameworks to future-proof systems.

• Continuously assess new technologies to enhance and expand product capabilities.

Team Leadership & Execution:

• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of data scientists, ML engineers, and developers.

• Actively participate in model development, code reviews, and performance tuning.

• Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and engineering excellence.

• Guide resolution of complex technical challenges ensuring smooth project delivery.

Process & Quality Management:

• Implement and refine development standards, testing protocols, and release processes.

• Maintain clear documentation of technical workflows and product features.

• Drive agile practices tailored to team needs and project demands.

• Establish SOPs for development, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.

• Track and analyze development metrics to optimize quality and velocity.

Client Engagement & Product Development:

• Collaborate with client teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Lead delivery of custom AI applications ensuring high quality and timely execution.

• Define product roadmaps, prioritizing features based on impact and feasibility.

• Maintain alignment with client expectations through continuous feedback and iteration.

• Balance innovation with system stability and technical debt management.

 

 

 

Educational qualification:

BE/BTECH

Qualifications:

Required:

• 15+ years in technology leadership roles with proven delivery success.

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development including NLP, data modeling, and production deployments.

• Strong programming skills in Python and expertise with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face.

• Experience designing scalable AI architectures on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).

• Ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly to business and client stakeholders.

Preferred:

• Experience in client-facing or consulting roles.

• Background in agile project management.

• Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.

• Understanding of UX/UI principles.

• Product management certification.
