YOUR MISSION

As a Financial Business Partner, you’re not just handling numbers—you’re the key driver behind ensuring end-to-end financial responsibility. You’ll support decision-making, ensuring the financial viability of the company's projects and proposals in your area of responsibilities.

Here’s how you’ll make an impact:
🔹 Serve as the strategic financial partner to our delivery director, ensuring that all strategic orientations are backed by solid financial insights.
🔹 Take full end-to-end ownership of financial operations in your defined area of responsibility.
🔹 Provide clear and actionable insights, including cost price analysis and profitability calculations, to guide business decisions.
🔹 Analyze budget variances, identify causes, and propose innovative solutions to maintain and enhance profitability.
🔹 Oversee financial reporting during monthly reviews, ensuring management has the insights they need to make informed decisions.
🔹 Foster a strong financial culture by collaborating with commercial, operational, and financial teams across NRB.
