Key responsibilities encompass, but are not limited to:
• Strategic Business Partnership
• Act as the single point of accountability for business satisfaction
• Understand business strategy, priorities, and pain points
• Translate business needs into service requirements for the Global Finance Office
• Participate in business planning cycles to anticipate demand
• Influence leaders to adopt shared services solutions instead of shadow functions
• Stakeholder communication & governance
• Run service review meetings & periodic business reviews
• Report on KPIs, customer satisfaction, and value delivered
• Escalate and resolve chronic service issues
• Educate the business on how to use the Shared Services effectively
• Develop and continuously improve governance elements based on feedback and adjusted reality
• Benchmarking & assessment of Shared Services industry best practices
• Monitor industry trends, analyze best practices and communicate them to the leadership team & business stakeholders
• Support representation / participate in industry events
• Increase the visibility of SGS in third-party campaign / benchmarking / conferences
• Performance & Value Management
• Gather structured feedback from business stakeholders
• Monitor business-facing metrics: customer satisfaction (CSAT / NPS), cost-to-serve
• Quantify and communicate business outcomes (cost savings, cycle time reduction, quality improvements)
• Prioritize improvements initiatives based on business impact
• Build advocacy for the Shared Services Brand
• Data Analysis & Business Insights
• Analyze financial and operational performance trends (e.g., cost, efficiency, productivity, aging reports)
• Provide root cause insights and recommendations for performance improvement / value delivery
• Translate complex data into intuitive visualizations and executive-ready narratives & presentations
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Shared Services, Advisory, Finance, or Business Analysis.
• Deep understanding of finance processes and metrics, including R2R, PTP, OTC, FP&A, and cost control.
• Hands-on expertise in BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik) and financial/operational data modeling.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), workflow automation, and data integration platforms.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
• Advanced data storytelling and presentation skills, turning complex analytics into impactful business insights.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset with a focus on root cause analysis and identifying performance drivers.
• Experience in KPI framework design, data governance, and ensuring high data quality.
• Proven track record in automation and professional dashboard development.
• High level of agility, analytical thinking, and a strong results orientation.
