We are seeking a purpose-driven, community-oriented Business Development & Outreach Specialist to help expand access to mental health and financial wellness solutions for individuals, families, and business owners.

This is a relationship-based, consultative sales role where impact and income go hand in hand.

You will help connect people to counseling, life insurance, retirement planning, and financial solutions that create real stability and long-term peace of mind.

Compensation Structure (Please Read Before Applying)

This is a commission-based independent contractor opportunity.

There is no base salary attached to this role at the start.

Your income is directly tied to:

Outreach efforts

Relationship building

Lead generation

Client follow-up and conversions

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Community & Outreach

Building relationships with schools, churches, organizations, and professionals

Generating leads through community engagement and digital platforms

Representing our brands at events and in the community

Client Guidance & Sales

Following up with leads and scheduling service appointments

Educating individuals and business owners on counseling, insurance, and retirement solutions

Guiding clients toward services that improve emotional and financial wellness

Marketing & Awareness

Supporting outreach campaigns

Promoting services via email and social media

Helping reduce stigma around mental health and increase financial literacy
