Due to increasing nationwide demand and strong inbound enquiries, the company is expanding its Malaysia sales team and looking for a driven Sales Manager to join the business.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and convert high volumes of inbound sales enquiries across Malaysia
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, developers, and strategic partners
- Drive the full sales cycle, from lead qualification through proposal, negotiation, and deal closure
- Manage pipelines for hospitality, hotel, and large-scale commercial AV projects
- Collaborate closely with internal engineering and delivery teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and commercial submissions
- Participate in and manage public sector and government tenders

Requirements
- Proven sales experience within an AV System Integrator or AV Manufacturer
- Strong understanding of AV solutions and project-based sales environments
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple opportunities and close complex deals
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
