Description & Requirements
As a Business Development Representative at Infor, you will be on the front lines of our sales engine. You will drive new business opportunities by identifying, contacting, and qualifying potential customers for Infor’s cloud-based solutions across targeted verticals. This role is ideal for a high-energy, self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about technology and innovation.

A Day in the Life Typically Includes:
Strategically engage prospects through phone, email, and social channels to generate new qualified sales leads.
Research target accounts and key stakeholders within industry-specific segments.
Educate prospects on Infor’s differentiated value propositions and product capabilities.
Collaborate with field sales, marketing, and solution consultants to align outreach with campaign and pipeline objectives.
Maintain accurate activity tracking and lead management using CRM (Salesforce).
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified meetings, opportunities, and pipeline contribution.
Basic Qualifications:
Experience in a sales, business development, or customer-facing role.
Experience creating strong written content.
Experience conducting business level conversations with senior stakeholders.
Fluent English and Polish language.
Be organized, having attention to detail.
Be curious and have a desire to grow in a SaaS sales career.
