We are now looking for Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team in Copenhagen and to be a key driver building our presence in the United Kingdom (UK). You will be part of our EMEA BDR team reporting to Matteo Pasquato, Lead BDR, and working very closely with an Account Executive for the region.
The Role
The Business Development Representative (BDR) plays an important role in generating new sales opportunities within the UK by qualifying leads for the Account Executive to close. The ideal candidate enjoys being the first point of contact for potential new customers, feels confident doing outreach, and understands the value the BDR role brings to the sales organization.
This is a part-time/student role where we expect you to work around 15 to 20 hours per week from our Copenhagen office. There is flexibility, of course, but being present in the office is important for collaboration, learning, and day-to-day momentum.
This role is a great fit if you are eager to grow your career in sales and want to be part of a collaborative and energetic team that focuses on learning and growing together. You will work closely with our Lead BDR and the broader sales team, primarily from our Copenhagen office, which helps you get up to speed quickly and feel part of the team from day one.
What you will do
Running outbound Sales campaigns in the UK
Generating Sales Qualified Opportunities for an Account Executive
Proactively seeking new business opportunities in the market
Setting up meetings between prospective customers and the Account Executive
Staying up to date with market landscape and new products and services
What we need from you
Comfortable with cold calling to generate new business
Not afraid to navigate through conversations with various stakeholders during communications
Willing to push through rejection that occurs and remain motivated and consistent
Understands the culture and landscape of the UK market at a native or similar level
Strong oral and written communication skills in English
Ambition to succeed in a goal-oriented environment
Good organizational and analytical skills
Curious, team player by heart and possess never give up attitude
