Job Summary
We are hiring a proactive and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join a fast-growing remote sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates seeking remote sales jobs where you’ll drive top-of-funnel growth through strategic outbound efforts and relationship building.
As a BDR, you will identify new business opportunities, engage potential clients, and generate qualified leads to support revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Execute outbound prospecting campaigns via cold calls, email, and LinkedIn
• Identify and engage decision-makers within target companies
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads to assess fit and buying intent
• Schedule meetings and product demos for Account Executives
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce)
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and target segments
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies
• Consistently meet or exceed KPIs related to outreach, meetings, and pipeline generation
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in a Business Development Representative role, SDR, or similar outbound sales position
• Strong experience in lead generation, prospecting, and pipeline building
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar
• Experience in SaaS, B2B sales, or tech environments is highly preferred
• Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setup
• Strong research, organizational, and time management skills
