About the Role
We’re hiring a Business Development Representative (BDR) with experience in the SaaS Solutions supporting the manufacturing sectors. This will be a highly impactful role connecting new logo's with our growing GTM team. This role suits someone who is self motivated, and excellent communicator and driven by team wins!
About the Work
Create new business opportunities at the executive level through creative outreach.
Identify and qualify leads through discovery calls.
Maintain accurate forecasting and deal progression in a modern CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
Build trusted relationships with operations, IT, and executives.
Work with CSM and Marketing on handoffs and customer alignment.
Identify expansion opportunities across sites and divisions to support revenue growth.
About You
2+ years customer facing sales experience in a tech forward environment.
Experience cold calling.
Proven quota achievement and strong enterprise discovery skills.
Excellent communication and executive presence.
Coachable.
