At Head Hunter, we are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and fostering relationships with potential clients in the staffing industry.
As a Business Development Representative, you will play a key role in our growth strategy by identifying leads, engaging prospects through various outreach methods, and collaborating with our sales team to ensure a smooth transition from prospect to client.
• Identify potential clients and decision-makers within organizations.
• Engage in cold calling, email outreach, and networking to qualify leads.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to facilitate meetings and ensure client satisfaction.
• Report on activity, lead status, and market trends to management.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
• 3+ years of outbound sales experience, business development, or a similar role.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales prospecting tools.
• A proactive approach to developing new business.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
