Your mission:
We’re building Europe’s leading workplace intelligence platform. After our Series B, we’re scaling fast and you’ll be joining at a pivotal stage of global expansion. As a Senior Outbound BDR working across international markets, you’ll play a critical role in driving pipeline generation, opening strategic conversations, and shaping our outbound motion across regions.
This is a hybrid role, based out our Barcelona hub. You’ll need to be based in Barcelona, or willing to relocate. You’ll take ownership of outbound prospecting, targeting high-value accounts, and refining messaging that resonates across different markets. You’ll not only generate opportunities but also act as a role model, contributing to best practices and influencing our outbound strategy.
In this role you will:
• Own and execute outbound prospecting across international markets (multi-channel: calls, email, LinkedIn).
• Generate high-quality pipeline through strategic account targeting and personalization.
• Consistently exceed activity and pipeline generation targets (calls, emails, meetings booked).
• Craft compelling messaging tailored to different industries, personas, and regions.
• Collaborate closely with AEs to align on account strategy and ensure strong conversion to opportunities.
• Continuously test, iterate, and optimize outbound approaches to maximize performance.
• Maintain excellent CRM hygiene and contribute to a scalable, predictable pipeline engine.
• 2-3 days per week in our Barcelona hub.
What you need to be successful:
• Outbound-first mindset, you thrive on proactive outreach and are energised by building pipeline from scratch.
• Some experience in SaaS or a BDR/SDR role is a plus, but mindset and drive matter more than years.
• Hungry, competitive, and motivated by targets, growth, and continuous improvement.
• Resilient and persistent, you embrace rejection, stay consistent, and keep pushing.
• Confident communicator, especially on cold calls, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders (Director/C-level).
• Curious and adaptable, able to tailor messaging across different industries and international markets.
• Highly self-driven with a strong work ethic and a “get it done” attitude in a fast-paced environment.
• Eager to take on challenges, learn quickly, and grow into more senior or closing roles.
• Excellent English communication skills (native or near-native); additional languages are a strong plus.
