Spectrum Health Care is looking for a results-driven Business Development Representative to support business development and sales across Spectrum’s range of services in South Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Bolton and Caledon.

In this role, you will focus on developing relationships with key referral networks and stakeholders within target channels to generate new client referrals and business opportunities!

• Identify and Develop Key Accounts: Focus on pursuing large, high-value accounts while building a robust pipeline of potential clients
• Strategic Sales Initiatives: Design and execute sales strategies that align with our strategic business goals, ensuring maximum territory coverage
• Relationship Cultivation: Forge strong relationships with key decision-makers across various sectors, including hospitals, long-term care facilities, and private corporations
• Brand Promotion: Actively participate in lead-generation activities such as trade shows, community education events, networking functions, and marketing campaigns
• Sales Performance: Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets. Provide detailed sales reports and feedback to management
• Sales Administration: Utilize CRM tools for reporting, managing email correspondence, and analyzing territory performance

• Proven Sales Experience: Minimum of 5 years as a Sales Rep with a strong track record in business development, especially within a health service-oriented environment
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in health care services or a related field is highly preferred
• Educational Background: A degree in sales, marketing, or equivalent professional experience
• Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and prior experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce
• Hunter Mentality: Self-starter with the ability to initiate cold calls and build relationships from the ground up
• Networking Skills: Exceptional ability to network and build lasting relationships
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Team Player: Collaborative spirit, supporting fellow team members to deliver exceptional client experiences
