Team: Sales - BDR - Location: Barcelona, Spain

Pacera unifies financial close, consolidation and FP&A. With AARO, Aico and Mercur, finance teams combine trusted data with AI-driven insights to enable robust, scalable and intelligent processes for the Office of the CFO.


About the role

We’re looking for a proactive and driven Business Development Representative, to identify, engage, and qualify new business opportunities. In this role, you’ll prospect target accounts across multiple channels, while researching each prospect’s business model and challenges to craft highly personalised outreach. You’ll initiate meaningful conversations with key decision-makers, generate interest in Pacera’s solutions, and book high-quality meetings for the Account Executive team.

You’ll also manage inbound leads, responding quickly and professionally to new enquiries and qualifying opportunities based on key criteria such as fit, needs, urgency, and budget. By guiding prospects through early discovery, you’ll ensure a smooth and engaging experience, helping them understand the value of our solutions while setting clear and actionable next steps.


What you will do

Running multi-channel outreach cadences (email, phone, WhatsApp, social).

Building and maintaining a healthy outbound pipeline.

Using CRM tools to track activities, engagement, and conversion rates.

Collaborating with Marketing to provide feedback on lead quality.

Sharing insights with Product and Sales on prospect challenges and trends.

Representing Pacera with professionalism, energy, and a consultative tone


What we’re looking for

1.5–3+ years of BDR, SDR, or outbound sales experience (tech/SaaS preferred).

Demonstrated success hitting or exceeding outbound KPIs.

Experience booking meetings with mid-market or enterprise decision-makers.

Comfortable managing a high volume of outreach daily.

Ability to quickly understand and articulate complex value propositions.

Nice-to-Haves:

Experience working with workflow automation, AI, or operations software.

Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, Apollo, or similar.

Prior experience using WhatsApp or conversational channels for sales.

Understanding of operational inefficiencies and digital transformation trends.
