Position Summary
The Business Development Representative, or BDR, generates and qualifies pipeline by engaging target accounts, identifying early-stage opportunities, and progressing prospects into the sales process.
Job Duties:
Execute outbound prospecting campaigns
Qualify inbound leads from marketing
Identify ICP fit, initial pain points, and stakeholders
Schedule qualified meetings for AEs
Maintain high activity levels and CRM hygiene
All other job-related duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements
1–3+ years in sales, business development, or similar role
Comfortable with high activity and metrics-driven environment
Strong organizational and prioritization skills
Experience selling into home-based healthcare, the broader healthcare industry, or health technology organizations is strongly preferred
Strong communication skills
Work Environment
This role is preferred to be based in Nashville or Jacksonville, near Mosai's offices, though remote candidates will be considered. Quarterly travel is required for sales team meetings and trainings.
Travel required to clients, conferences, and prospects as needed.
Physical Demands of Our Work Environment
This position uses a computer and other office equipment as needed to perform duties. The in-office noise level in the work environment is typical of that of an office. Frequent interruptions may be encountered throughout the workday.
The employee is required to either stand or sit, talk and hear frequently required to use repetitive keying or hand motions.
