In 2021, we were listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE WBX), allowing us to garner acclaim and win prestigious design awards (the IF Design, Good Design, and RedDot Awards).

In 2022, we acquired ARES (an assembly electronics company) and COIL (Installers of turnkey EV charging solutions). One year later, in 2023, we acquired ABL, the leading German EV charger manufacturer, which has allowed us to have a stronger presence in Europe.

Als BDR bist du verantwortlich für die Generierung und Qualifizierung von Sell-out-Nachfrage in den Bereichen Connectivity und E-Mobility mit Fokus auf Privatkunden sowie kleine und mittlere Unternehmen (KMU).

Ihre Aufgaben

Identifikation und Qualifizierung neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten (Residential, SME, Light Commercial AC) Alle Produkte ABL, AC/DC/Connectivity

Durchführung von Outbound-Aktivitäten (Telefon, E-Mail, LinkedIn, Events) zur Ansprache von Endkunden, Installateuren und Entscheidern

Übergabe qualifizierter Leads an Vertriebspartner (Distributoren, VARs, Installateure)

Unterstützung der Partner-Pipeline durch qualifizierte Opportunities

Marktanalyse zur Identifikation neuer Installateur-Netzwerke und B2B-Kunden

Zusammenarbeit mit Partner Account Managern zur Priorisierung von Chancen

Mitwirkung an Channel-Marketingkampagnen zur Leadgenerierung

Pflege und Aktualisierung von CRM-Daten (Salesforce)

Aktivierung und Betreuung von Distributoren und deren Niederlassungen

Durchführung externer Produkttrainings

Vertretung des Unternehmens auf Fach- und Hausmessen

Ihr Profil

Berufserfahrung im Business Development, Inside Sales oder in der Leadgenerierung ist von Vorteil.

Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung bzw. Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft, Elektrotechnik, Energietechnik oder vergleichbar 

Erfahrung im Outbound Sales und Pipeline-Aufbau (direkte/indirekte Kanäle)

Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Beziehungsaufbau-Fähigkeiten (B2B & B2C)

Erfahrung mit CRM-Systemen (idealerweise Salesforce)

Strukturierte, proaktive und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise mit Fokus auf KPIs, Leadgenerierung und Partnerentwicklung 

Idealerweise Erfahrung im technischen, elektrischen oder Energieumfeld

Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil, weitere Sprachen sind ein Plus
