Required Skills
Job Description
We are IceWarp. Czech company whose product is used by 50+ million users worldwide, competing with Google and Microsoft.
We are an innovative technology company specializing in communication solutions - from email and team chat via audio and video conferences, calendar and contact synchronization, to document sharing and collaborative editing. All accessible in a unified environment, supported across major browsers, desktop and mobile platforms, and running both in the cloud and locally.
This role isn't for everyone
• We're looking for someone who enjoys picking up the phone and doesn't stress when the person on the other end says no. Repeatedly. If calling excites you more than writing emails and rejection doesn't frustrate you, keep reading.
What you'll do:
• Primarily call. And then call again. Your main working tool is the phone. 90% of your work is outbound calls into German-speaking markets. LinkedIn and email are support channels, not substitutes.
Specifically:
• Prospect and call - reach out to target companies across the DACH region, get to decision makers, and qualify opportunities
• Run discovery calls - uncover needs, pain points, stakeholders, timelines and evaluate fit with IceWarp
• Generate BANT meetings for your colleagues in the Sales team
• Hand over opportunities - structured handovers with full context and a clear recommendation on next steps
• Maintain CRM (Salesforce) - clean data, up-to-date statuses, support forecasting
• Share market feedback - rejection reasons, competitive landscape, use cases, and more
How we measure success:
• Qualified meetings and their conversion through to closed-won. No unnecessary metrics on top of that.
What we offer:
• Work for a Czech company whose product is used by tens of millions of people worldwide, competing with Microsoft and Google
• Daily snacks and company-paid lunches twice a week
• Office in Karlín, right next to Křižíkova metro station
• Room to bring your own ideas and a real chance to implement them fast
• Hybrid work model
• 20 days of vacation + 5 sick days
• Long-term cooperation
