Business Development Representative - Talent Pool

We regularly hire Business Development Representatives as our markets grow. Rather than recruiting reactively each time, we are building a BDR Talent Pool of strong candidates we can engage with proactively when new positions open.

The role

As a BDR, you’re the engine of our sales growth - the first connection between beqom and future customers.

This is the perfect role if you’re ambitious, curious, and ready to launch a career in tech sales.

You’ll:

Engage with decision-makers across HR and business functions.

Qualify inbound leads and create new opportunities through outbound outreach.

Use tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Outreach to build pipeline and open doors for our sales team.

Partner closely with Marketing and Sales to drive measurable impact.

Every conversation you start moves us - and you - forward.

What are we looking for?

Experience in sales, BDR/SDR, or customer-facing roles (internships welcome) in SaaS or tech sales.

Great communication skills and confidence engaging senior leaders.

A self-starter mindset - resilient, organized, and motivated by results.

Fluent in English; other languages are a big plus.

Bonus points if you:

Know your way around HubSpot, Outreach, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
