About the Team
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Enterprise Salesperson who has a love of disruptive innovation to join our team and in the Berlin, Germany. The ideal candidate will have 2-3+ years of proven B2B sales experience in techwith an entrepreneurial mindset who speak fluent German (native speaker level). Preference will be given to candidates with experience in selling tech solutions to enterprises. As a key player in our sales team, you will drive the growth of our enterprise customer base, leveraging your expertise to build lasting relationships and deliver tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of large organizations.

About the Role

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand our enterprise customer base.
• Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the enterprise sector.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Conduct in-depth needs analysis to understand customer requirements and provide customized solutions.
• Present and demonstrate our products and services to potential clients, highlighting their value and benefits.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and implementation of solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
• Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.


Requirements:
About You

• 2-3+ years of successful B2B sales experience in tech

• Fluent German speaking and writing (Native Speaker level)

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers.

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Familiarity with global communications solutions is a plus.

• Experience in Enterprise Sales us a plus
