We are looking for dynamic, results-driven Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to join our high-performing hub in Fourways. In this on-site role, you’ll engage directly with US-based CEOs and executives, qualifying leads and fueling the growth of American entrepreneurs.

Requirements:
The "A-Team" Standard: Requirements

We are looking for "Sales Athletes"—individuals with the stamina to handle the intensity of the US market.

• The 200-Dial Mindset: You are comfortable and proven in executing 150–200 outbound calls daily. You understand that consistency and grit are the keys to high performance and high earnings.
• Elite Communication: A flawless, neutral English accent is mandatory. You must have the confidence to hold high-authority, persuasive conversations with US-based executives.
• Sales DNA: 1–3 years of experience in a fast-paced sales environment (Debt collection, B2B, or high-volume outbound). You don't just "talk"—you consult and influence.
• Workplace Culture: Our floor is fast-paced and high-energy, but always grounded in respect. We are looking for team players who contribute to a positive, focused, and professional atmosphere. At Fundwell, your character is just as important as your sales targets.
• The Night Owl Advantage: You are fully committed to our 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM SAST on-site shift in Fourways to dominate the US business day.

• Strategic Qualification: Leading comprehensive qualification processes to identify prime B2B financing opportunities.
• Data Integrity: Maintaining meticulous records within our CRM system to ensure optimal lead management.
• Playbook Execution: Utilizing Fundwell’s proven technology and strategies to maximize your results.
