Join our team:
Forte is looking for our next Business & Development Partner (BDP). Our BDP spearheads the growth of the company, amplifying Forte’s presence in current markets and expanding into new markets.
This position is a traveling role, requiring the employee to be on the road at least 50% of the time. This role will be based in Las Vegas.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Representing the Forte brand in a professional, stand-up fashion.
Continue to build upon existing relationships with our existing business partners. This will include in-person visits, treating clients to special events/opportunities, and maintaining a positive rapport amongst the key individuals within their businesses.
Using the same methods, push Forte into new markets, namely those outside of Vegas. This includes (but is not limited to):
California.
Arizona.
Utah.
Idaho.
Plant the seeds for future enterprises, having the foresight to sow seeds several months/years ahead of reaping potential profits.
Work closely with our Marketing Director and leadership team to ensure maximum efficiency when targeting specific markets.
Other job duties as assigned.
What You Bring to the Table:
5+ years of construction experience, preferably in management capacity.
Familiarity with the FrameCAD pre-fabrication process is preferred.
Experience working on large scale commercial/development projects.
Experience working on luxury residential projects.
Operational and/or experience in the construction industry preferred.
