We are seeking a qualified professional to join our team as a Business Development Officer in Armenia. You will attract and support forex clients from Ukraine and actively expand the brand’s presence in their local market, increase trading volumes, and retain the existing client base.

Responsibilities

Attract and convert new clients via calls, messengers, and social media

Reactivate inactive clients and run structured calling campaigns

Present the company’s trading services and platforms (MT4/MT5) to prospects

Support clients with account setup, verification, payments, and platform onboarding

Assist with MT4/MT5 basics and cBroker-related questions

Conduct retention and follow-up calls to increase activity and promote value-added services

Monitor market trends and competitors and share client insights with internal teams

Keep CRM data accurate and prepare basic reports in Excel/Google Sheets

Requirements

Proven experience in the Forex industry (sales, support, retention, or account management)

Solid knowledge of MT4/MT5 and general trading mechanics

Knowledge of cBroker or similar back-office systems is a strong plus

Confident in cold calling, presenting, and handling objections

Fluent Ukrainian and strong Russian (spoken and written)

Experience working with CRM systems (SugarCRM, Bitrix24, AmoCRM, HubSpot or similar)

Good command of Excel/Google Sheets and a client-focused, target-driven mindset
