BJAK is one of the largest digital insurance platforms in the region. We are expanding our presence in Taiwan and are looking for a Business Development Manager to lead insurer partnerships and drive high-impact initiatives that accelerate our growth. This is a high-ownership role suited for someone who performs well under pressure, moves quickly without sacrificing accuracy, and turns opportunities into measurable business outcomes.
You will spearhead strategic collaborations with insurance partners in Taiwan, propose innovative initiatives, and ensure execution is disciplined and results-driven. Working closely with senior leadership, you will navigate complex stakeholder environments and deliver projects that directly contribute to business expansion.

• Collaborate cross-functionally to design proposals, partnership programs, and joint initiatives.
• Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and competitive positioning.
• Monitor partnership KPIs and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Represent BJAK in partner meetings, industry engagements, and professional forums.
• Anticipate partner needs and proactively address operational or strategic challenges.

What You Bring
• 3–5 years of experience in business development, account management, or partnership roles — insurance or financial services experience is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in securing and expanding high-value partnerships.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical thinking with the ability to interpret data and guide decisions.
• Self-directed work style with the ability to operate in dynamic settings.
• Based in Taiwan and able to work on-site as business needs require.
• Professional fluency in Mandarin and working proficiency in English.
