Job Summary
We are looking for a driven Business Development Manager to grow our logistics business by identifying new opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and managing a personal sales portfolio. This role involves B2B selling, lead generation, and collaboration with internal teams to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Key Responsibilities
Develop new business opportunities and manage existing client accounts.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Conduct market research and provide feedback for product improvement.
Coordinate with internal departments and other FLS offices globally.
Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve issues proactively.
Prepare reports and participate in planning and budgeting.
Qualifications
Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field.
Proven sales experience in Freight Forwarding environment.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken, is advantageous
Customer-focused, target-driven, and team player.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Willingness to travel as required.
