Job Description

Our client is recruiting for an exceptional Business Development Manager to join their energetic and successful team. Their organisation has operations in countries across the globe they are one of the market leaders in their field. Offering their clients a proven solution aimed towards at mid market and enterprise level organisations.

Basic Salary £35,000 - £50,000 (Depending on Experience) + Bonus OTE £70k – 100k(uncapped) Plus Company Car, Mobile, Laptop and additional benefits.

You will play an integral part in the expansion of the company and be part of an energetic and multi-cultural team, focused on utilising their business development skills to open the door to new clients and close profitable business deals.

This role will involve developing a sales plan, identifying customer prospects, networking and building up a strong referrals base, contacting customers and closing deals.

Based on performance this role will naturally progress to become a strategic sales role for the right individual.

• Ideally, you will have a background in a digital or software organisation and be able to work in an entrepreneurial, fast paced environment.
• Experience with tenders/ bid management is desirable. However, tender preparation is made by the National Bid Manager.
• You will have a strong and credible reputation in the I.T Sales market.
• You will enjoy the challenge of targeting new markets and have the ability to build up a contact base in verticals such as public sector, financial services, utilities, FMCG and manufacturing.
