Customer acquisition and development within the pharmaceutical products sector of the Swiss market Discussing the required services in the field of small molecule analysis with customers and providing needs-based advice in personal and digital meetings Independent preparation of proposals for testing of pharmaceutical products and raw materials Planning and organization of sales activities in this area to achieve sales targets Attendance at relevant conferences, trade fairs, and workshops Project-related collaboration with partner laboratories within the international Eurofins network Updating and maintaining relevant IT systems, e.g., the customer database (CRM software)

Degree in natural sciences (natural sciences, chemistry, pharmacy, etc.) Sales experience and a passion for customer service and sales Knowledge of GMP regulations and chemical analysis Excellent communication and teamwork skills Proficient in standard computer applications (MS Office, CRM systems) Excellent written and spoken English skills Willingness to travel approximately 40% within Switzerland
