A day in the life of our Business Development Manager:

• Partnership with semiconductor manufacturers, electronic component distributors, PCB manufacturers, and PCBA/SMT manufacturers to identify the key industry trends and opportunities for EDA and Cloud product development.

• Build long-term relationships with new and existing partners or customers in the PCB industry.

• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.

• Electronic CAD component library development team management and release management.

• Research and analyze technology trends in Electronic Design Automation (EDA).

• Coordinate marketing, development, QA, support, and sales team on product integration efforts.

• Provide product launch support for product and related team.

Who We’re Looking For

• Knowledgeable in electronic design and electronic lifecycle management, EDA, and PCB ECAD Library/component management, Supply Chain data management (Preferred).

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent degree and experience.

• Good understanding of Electronic Design.

• Proven ability to effectively lead teams and change behavior.

• Data-driven approaches for the product and market analysis.

• Business, process, and system analysis.

• Requirement management and definition.

🏢 Our hybrid schedule

Our global hybrid model allows employees to work remotely two days per week. Our designated In-Office Days are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. This is when we come together in-person as a team to collaborate, learn from one another, and accelerate innovation. Some exceptions apply.
