The team you will be part of

Our Business Development team is in the driver's seat of growth for Intrepid. We develop precise local and regional insights on what the next big thing for e-commerce is, grow our e-commerce network in the region and work with our internal teams to deliver best-in-class solutions for our new clients. We oversee the end-to-end business development process in our respective markets and make an everyday impact on a fast-growing organization.

The part you will play

As a Business Development Manager, you will take charge of driving full-funnel digital marketing solutions and hitting key sales KPIs for our brand partners. This is a project-based role with a duration of 3 to 6 months, focusing on accelerating revenue trends and optimizing operational processes. You will be responsible for fostering client relationships and delivering high-impact growth proposals to ensure project milestones are met with excellence.

As a Business Development Manager, you will take charge of 

Delivering & performing on the following KPIs for brand/seller partners, through internal & external coordination with concerned departments:

Content management & optimization

Campaign strategies & execution

Chat response representation of the brand/seller

Operations capacity and process implementation

Progressive revenue trend and overall online sales performance

Fostering client relationships; work with sales and marketing teams and other support teams available

Designing sales growth proposals; handle client communications and prepare client reports; and communicate client agendas to other staff members

Ensuring clients’ needs are met and their voices are heard while coordinating with others and fulfilling the contractual day-to-day duties

Maintaining positive client NPS

What we are looking for - the ideal profile

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

2–4 years in E-commerce, Digital Marketing, or Brand Management.

Hands-on experience with TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada ecosystems.

Proficient in Excel (data analysis) and PowerPoint (strategic storytelling).

Proven ability to lead client relationships and manage cross-functional stakeholders.

Strong commercial skills to secure favorable terms and campaign placements.

Communication: Fluent in English with high emotional intelligence and interpersonal flexibility.
