Responsibilities:

Drive strategic business development efforts across financial services with a focus on payment modernization.

Expand and deepen relationships with key accounts to maximize growth potential and lifetime value.

Collaborate with technical pre-sales and product leadership to shape compelling solution narratives and client-facing demonstrations.

Represent IntellectEU at industry events and executive-level forums.

Act as a trusted advisor to prospective clients, deeply understanding their business objectives and aligning them with IntellectEU’s emerging tech capabilities.

Orchestrate cross-functional teams, including product, delivery, and partner organizations to deliver comprehensive solutions tailored to client needs.

Manage strategic alliances and partnerships to enhance solution offerings and market reach.

Partner with marketing leadership to steer targeted demand generation and thought leadership initiatives.

Provide actionable insights to executive leadership on market dynamics, customer feedback, and innovation opportunities to guide product strategy and business planning.

Requirements: 

Excellent communication skills in English (fluent).

5+ years of experience in a Business Development position or similar.

Solid domain expertise in the financial industry (SWIFT, blockchain, insurance, and other technologies driving innovation in financial services).

Proven track record of building and closing complex, high-value deals.

Able to translate technical concepts into clear business value for senior stakeholders.

Entrepreneurial and hands-on, with the drive to lead growth in a fast-moving, innovative environment.

Comfortable working independently and leading cross-functional teams to deliver results.

Comfortable speaking at industry events or panels, with the ability to represent the company.
